Work policy: Mostly umi have to visit at different places/location/factory's for inspection purpose sometimes within City Delhi,And sometimes out of City all over India. And inspection is not there we need to go o from office

I like RSJ initial training and skill development sessions as well their working culture. Most important Supportive office staff and management. RSJ policies and their rules and regulations. I have started my career Journey with RSJ inspection and it was an amazing experience which i had throughout 2 year (2019 to 2021) as a Quality Engineer. There is no Over time for more than 9 hours work, but we have to work till 8 pm to 10 pm maximum days.Continues travels will be there so we cant maintain Work-life balance.Top management thinking & decisions will be a one way process,hence employees need to accept it at any cost without any objection.

basically this is a fraud company they call you for interview but the actual job is like MLM in the name of business development associates your job is to collect donations in the name of unicef their is no salary you got commission from donation money only company's actual name is height inc not rsj inspection
