The friendly environment among the all employees and owners of company. Skill Development programs and help to get work related certification and lifestyle improvement courses etc.

Not much just a bit more transportation for work.

Work policy: Mostly umi have to visit at different places/location/factory's for inspection purpose sometimes within City Delhi,And sometimes out of City all over India. And inspection is not there we need to go o from office

Training,Learning,Innovation is a good things i enjoyed here.

There is no Over time for more than 9 hours work, but we have to work till 8 pm to 10 pm maximum days.Continues travels will be there so we cant maintain Work-life balance.Top management thinking & decisions will be a one way process,hence employees need to accept it at any cost without any objection.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
