Very good top management 👍 They are very cooperative and give full support and always try to improve us in every aspects. We get freedom in work environment, freedom to explore arenas and scope for lively n healthy discussions which often becomes idea of a new venture. Apart from salary, bonus is given every year.

A bonding is created that emotions take priority over career growth, you think twice before leaving the company.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
