Honestly towards providing best and practical solutions to the clients. Learning ground, cooperative, warm and family like environment, no organization barrier, receptive and hard working partners. Don't think there can be a better place than this if you are serious in making career in indirect taxation, customs foreign trade policy related laws.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
