They will not pay you salary for 2 months and still expect to work without any hesitation. They would change their annexure any time breaking the basic employment rights. They would create lots of rules like you cannot roam on the floor, shout or talk on the floor, you cannot use social media, even you cannot pick your phone also.There are two dogs roaming each and everyday in the floor to check the employees are using any kind of ai or social media. I joined in may and I got May's salary on 15 June.next month I got June's salary on 25th July and I got july's salary on 5th September and still not got August salary as I left the job. You will not get any experience as they need your work quickly. Hence they will ask you to blindly copy and paste codes from chatgpt if you get any technical project. Don't even ask about the company policy. I can give you a deep dive with details that can make your head spin. I) 1 casual leave in a month Sunday = holiday 2 Non Paid Leave allowed ( non paid leave) Now comes the twist Cannot take non paid leave on Monday or Saturday ( if you do they will cut salary of Sunday) that means NPL rupees 500+ another Sunday (rupees 500) Rupees 1000 gone. Now they cannot take 2NPL with a CL followed by Sunday. Apparently they count that long leave and will cut salary again. Salary slip of a month generates on 25th to 30th of the next month. Sometimes 3 months salary remains pending and they clear the current month salary and will say they will pay the earlier months later (god knows when they will). New policy Months when workflow is less One week suspension ( no salary for that week) + no salary for casual leave + holidays If you complain about anything either they ignore it or they give you software work that needs to be done by watching a 2 hour youtube video tutorial + 1500 words ( don't ask them because they don't know how to do it). And half time will go in changing systems and installing the software (nobody counts that). I worked over here for more than 6 years but my experience was profoundly dissapointing. Despite of my long tenure, the comnpany did not pay me salary for six months (january to june) and for that I have to resign on August, 2023. The CEO is bascially a scammer and so his admin department who makes false promises to his employees but never follows through, leading to numerous of my collegues being deceived. The management shows no respect, integrity, treating employees poorly regardless of thier dedication and hard work. The whole manmagement including CEO and admin department basiclly lacks professionalism.
