I had no practical knowledge of coding of many program language but after joining Royal research I worked on various software project and learnt them to some extend. Very good platform for working and learning as well.

Dislikes

Salary payment date is not fixed and leave policy is not good for emergency purpose.

Work policy: Normally work from office but work from home can be taken as pet nessecity.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

For fresher salary Package is relatively good than other company.

Dislikes

There was no job security. Salary wasn't on time. There was lacking of HR Policies. The behavior of the management wasn't good at all.
