If you really want to learn academic content writing, this is a really very good place where you can learn this effectively and this will help you work in future companies with a good experience. Salary is good in comparison to others, for a fresh start.

Dislikes

Terrible work culture that will make you frustrated if your not already. This is literally not a work culture, rather a school with rough and very bad teachers who don't even know how to make an approach with learners. They only know how to shout and make the work done by it. This culture is carried by each and every people when become leaders. Forget about the leaves. If you take leaves, always salary will be cut. For sudden leaves, double will be cut. No leave bucket. Very bad managememnt. Even if you die, a proof should be given to them and then die. I had no practical knowledge of coding of many program language but after joining Royal research I worked on various software project and learnt them to some extend. Very good platform for working and learning as well.

Salary payment date is not fixed and leave policy is not good for emergency purpose.

The only thing which one can like is the learning curve in the beginning. After that there's less chance to learn.

There are many things: 1. The behaviour of the team leaders. The demeanor of those people is unbearable 2. The policies of the management 3. The leave policy of the management. If there was an option of giving a review in minus, I'd have provided that. If you think you can construct a bright future in content writing.. I'd suggest you not to join here. They take any one and everyone so your skills will not be measured based on how much capable you are with your words but how much you can please your hierarchies. Work culture is toxic, they will stress you to the edge that even after going home you'll probably be thinking where you went wrong and how will your job turns out. Management is made of some people who only knows how to exploit you and take advantage of you. And if you try to protest, Boom! They'll start exploiting you even more. Salary?? Haha! Don't even expect it before 25th of month after 3-4 months of joining. There's nothing called job security, as academic content writing is itself an unethical work since you'll have to do the assignments of some rich kids studying in UK and Australia. You'll write and write and write and there'll be no career growth whatsoever. Company policies are highly unstable. No job satisfaction as compensation and benefits are very poor. Untimely salary for consistent months with excuses of poor job flow while writers have to work fulltime.
