Terrible work culture that will make you frustrated if your not already. This is literally not a work culture, rather a school with rough and very bad teachers who don't even know how to make an approach with learners. They only know how to shout and make the work done by it. This culture is carried by each and every people when become leaders. Forget about the leaves. If you take leaves, always salary will be cut. There is nothing to like. Senior tortures juniors mentally. Burocratic working culture. I will suggest fresher do not work in this company. They will destroy your mental peace and make you depressed. They does not provide salary on time. I got my first salary after 70days of working.

All Colleges ar well but the hierarchy are not supportive. The main thing is to comple the job at any cost, that maybe with serious illness they don't care of your life they ask to do the job.

Honestly, I did not like anything about the company. The culture is so toxic. They micromanage their employees and there is absolutely no job security because once you stand up to the management to tell how you're facing problem they'll throw you out by giving excuse that your work is poor.

The whole company culture is toxic. Starting from the CEO to the HR to other people only drains you out by pressuring an employee. They don't let you take leave. Sudden leave is not allowed if someone dies in your house they won't allow you to take half day and leave you might have to complete office hours. Talking about the behaviour of the hierarchy they're the most toxic people I have ever seen. Don't be straightforward in this company.
