They dont care about employees, as a matter of fact they have made it mandatory to attend office for all even in COVID times else it will be considered a LOP leave. Many employees have turned positive and them management has tried their best to hide this from employees fearing panic and office closure for sanitation. They have made people work for 12-14 hours a day during lock down making it mandatory to attend pointless con calls and marathon presentations for nothing. Short term thinking, no work life balance, one gets irrelevant very quickly in the system, two months of not meeting management expectations which are usually unrealistic, be ready to loose your job.
