I am very happy to working in Royaloak but there is no more benefit for staff only compony growing but not staff satisfies. There no other activity other than sale there is no entertainment for staff only sale and targets no other activities to do.

No other benefits for staffs and we accept some environment for staff

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
