I like to work because I get chance to learn about work know how things work. Learn different languages and for that we get full corporation with company and management. I learned a lot from royal and it's far way to go...

Dislike cant say much about it. If you get good management onboard then it's very good, otherwise our crew member and our guest has to suffer. There should be a very good team collaboration onboard. Every ship has different rules and regulations that need to be rectify.

Royal Caribbean has healthy working environment, they treat every Crew members equally of different nationality. RCG support train new hire and make them comfotable, they have fair trade practice. Royal Caribbean cruises is a fantastic company but the branch office in India known as Royal Caribbean Manning India Pvt. Ltd is a terrible office with no work life balance, no proper Upraisals, no work satisfaction having bias culture
