Dislike cant say much about it. If you get good management onboard then it's very good, otherwise our crew member and our guest has to suffer. There should be a very good team collaboration onboard. Every ship has different rules and regulations that need to be rectify.

Royal Caribbean has healthy working environment, they treat every Crew members equally of different nationality. RCG support train new hire and make them comfotable, they have fair trade practice.
