Dislikes

Rudeness and lack of understanding with its team by departmental heads especially by CFOs, threatening talks causing feeling of being unsafe by CFOs, unrealistic expectations from team by CFOs

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
