Overall it has been a great learning experience working with Route Mobile Limited. In the past 1 year company's growth curve is just going up and it is a leading cloud enabled SMS solution organization with really brilliant people handling the day to day & technological opearions . And in this difficult times of Covid-19 pandemic where many people lost their jobs, RML made sure that each of the employee received their salary on time and without any paycut. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
