According to the owners except them all employees are thieves Everyone is here to loot them, typical LALA. Their sons and daughters who has 0 experience are the bosses and they dictate to the experienced professionals.

Zero Job security - are fired within a year (why do they hire they have no idea). No understanding of business. Employees are taken for granted. Everything is urgent. Poor People Management. So many employees were asked to leave on the same day without any reason. For e.g HR Manager was informed at 12.30 pm about her last day today & she left office by 4.30 pm.
