Roposo is an excellent company in every aspect! The owners, the managers, HR team and company policies are really really helpful! The most important thing is they provide a homely atmosphere in the office so that an employee can enjoy the work! Salary/promotion/appraisal completely depends upon how the employees are performing!

I have worked there as a Bengali language specialist and Notification specialist! I had to look after the Bengali content moderation, handle Bengali team, training and QC, translations, sending notifications and coordinating with the regional team

Work pressure is very high and due to bad revenue model of the company and the product employee have to suffer to meet targets. Seniors are very arrogant, not ready to listen.

Teammates were good from well verse educational institutes like : Miranda House, Amity, Hansraj College, JIMS, Apeejay, Jamia Millia Islamia and so on. There is a lot to learn from there as the company is a start-up yet is doing so awesome things. From Founder to an Intern, all working under same roof. Attitude of the people is positive, love for table tennis during work can be a great stress buster for you. Sometimes you have to work a lot thus lead time increases from 8-hour shift to 9-10 hour shift. Ofcourse, if you perform then its good for you to stay otherwise there is no space for you. The pros are there yet you can never ignore the cons too.

Work Details

It was great experience for me. I over exceeded their sales target by achieving 51 sales worth of 1.5 Lacs. It feels great leaving & setting an example as an intern.
