Everything's good about the company especially the technology team, other than that management is kinda rude, the ceo, his wife, she acts very rudely with the employees, i got the feeling of master and slave from them. Co founder is ok, but the company's intent is not helping people in general. The promote kids to play more and morevideo games which i guess is not a good motive morally. Dislikes

Team mates are good, but some people have learnt blaming tactics from higher management. They try to put blames on there teammates if they don't catch up or do even small mistakes. This becomes frustating manytimes.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
