"When I first joined the company, everything was going well. However, they unexpectedly changed my designation to a role that is not aligned with my previous experience, indicating a lack of an organized system. If they didn’t have openings for the original position, it is unclear why they advertised it and later changed the designation, ultimately wasting the candidate's time."
