Likes

Management is directionless and they have supplier mindset. Work culture horrible and people are opportunistic. The management can't see people below them developing. The salary variation between the employees is wide. Many people in Grade 10 are idle and taking huge salaries. Promotion given to employees is kept like a secret, increment in yearly cycle is less than 6%.

Not much salary, No relocation, colleagues are selfish, directionless management
