Work life isn't good, we are treated like children rather there is not professionalism followed. We the team had to work for straight 11 hours and at end of the day, management never were happy about it. Our Director once blasted me on front of everyone and told that I was unfit for the job but they took me as they poured simpathy on me

My job was to source, screen the profiles on job portals and send them to our respective clients and follow up with candidates untill they join
