There is nothing to like.

Dislikes

They make you work even on Sunday. There is no festival holiday (other than holi and diwali) not even national holidays. If you want to take a leave it will be deducted from your salary. They never pay on time. Currently 4 months salary of half of the employees are due and 3 months for the other half. Management of the company is worse. They don't even provide a salary slip unless you ask them a 100 times. Also if you never ask for an increment, you'll never get one. These is no system for performance based increment. They won't provide you insurance, PF and gratuity. Even customers of the company are suffering horribly. The MD of the company is very abusive....Read More

Work Details

I work hard on every task they give me but nobody actually appreciate my work and hence there is no personal growth. All they want is a donkey to keep working for them and ask for nothing. Worst workplace ever.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
