No learning at all ! Yes sir is promoted and creativity is discouraged. HR GA here are treated as Gods. ( None of them has a MBA degree) Unnecessary Documentation in name of work. Actual person working on project is given no credit. All credit goes to manager in name of QC . Appraisals based on time period you have spent with company instead of performance. Act like working instead of actual working is applauded. Politics at height . Only win win situation for those who are here since long time. All capable people are never treated upto their potential. Those who sit here mostly act like bosses specifically Managers even with zero knowledge. Mostly are managers because they are here since long time. Some are in queue to become next managers. 1. Work life balance is good. 2. Easy to take leaves, no need to make unnecessary excuses for leaves. 3. Flexible timings for coming in office from 07.30am to 9.30am, just complete 8.5hrs of working time then you can leave, no one will ask you to stay.

1. You will be asked to do only what your senior is saying. You will not be able to use your own brain, your degree to perform work. If you obey your seniors then you will be a good asset to company otherwise you will be a villian. 2. HR is very good at doing their work but if employee asked for some sort of support then HR will notdo anything despite making many formal e mails complaints. Not even your manager will support you to fight for your problem with HR. 3. Your vehicle is not safe inside the office premises so park your vehicle on your own risk. After any damage no office staff will do anything. It will be your responsibility to ask IT and your manager to vacate some hours to check the cctv footage on your own.
