Our manager is good and give us to best of the best for improving our knowledge.

Dislikes

But rest of company employe behaviour was not good. Working communication between department was so bad not helpfull for eachother. Safety was main disadvantage. Canteen charge was so expensive 60 rs per person for 1 time. No job satisfaction & security. Not good culture provide to freshers nothing to learn. Not suggesting for freshers.

Bad working environment.Seniors are pathetic to work with. Hr like jujal & patel are always to cut your salary for no reason. Even food is expensive & no of good quality. Even pigment plant was burned bcoz of irresponsible behaviour. Unsatisfied workers bcoz not sufficient bonus given for extra work done.

Insecure & jealous seniors like Baman & Su garudiya.Plant got burned bcoz of carelessness. Work environment is toxic. They didn't gave me salary of 2 months ,As i already said them my family membr meet with accident & undergonen surgery. I have taken permission to go for 4 days , still they cutoff 2mnths salary. Also delayed salary of many people on name of burning plant.
