Lot of politics & castism, boss decide individual salary graph, no evaluation of work, higher management doesn't care about lower employees, they only care about manager & upper grade employees... not a good place for honest & hardworking people.

Good learning opportunities, Excellent laboratory having most of the lab equipment, Good colleagues, Open to Innovations and new ideas, Knowledgeable seniors/boss provide excellent guidance, Satisfactory company policies. Provides opportunities for professional growth and skills, training, management opportunities etc.

Dislikes

Work culture could be better. Job security is low as the management can remove any employee anytime irrespective of their position (happened most of the times). Increment is Average (however exceptional candidates get increments sometimes.) Learning is good enough but only restricted to Food colors.

Work Details

Was responsible for new product development and extraction of natural food colors from various natural resources. Provide training to new joinees, trainees from time to time.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)
