This company leadership is based on perception in India at-least. They hire the people from outside to just understand the strategy and in next 2-3 years fire them. They thought that they have learned everything. As per Rockwell leadership they are having the best team but the fact is in 2011 they Have 600 Cr company in india and still after 10 years they have crossed nearly to 800 Cr and that not due to market capitalization but due to portfolio increment and this shows that the leadership don't have any vision. This company leadership is involved in politics and not on performance. People who focus on work and not involved in showing of their work are useless people in their view and because of the fear that the newcomer should not take over to them will be suffered by bad politics. Recent example is in this covid situation they have fire the people who had been new join in the organisation in last 2-3 years. Shame on to the great vision and leaders.
