no implemen tion of company policies. no growth, partiality, tremendous politics, common employee can not servive even for 1 year, insecurity of job, provide compensation of class 4..5 level and expect work of class 1, rules are decided upon face to face, they call themselves as ethical but none of ethics found in day to day working from management

Rockwell is the best place for job and work life balance. Also the working environment is very friendly.

Job security as an employee is safe until you are at manager level. Work culture is good. Management is OK. Policies are also not so good.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
