Worst company. They don’t care about employees health. No work cultures you have to be work as college students under pressure. You have to work every daily more than 10 hours. You have work on Saturday.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
