Work environment really bad there is no job safety in order to sustain in pharmeasy u have to upsell their products otherwise they will remove you. The only thing which I like abt pharmeasy is they provided wfh facility in pandemic situation wer no other online pharmacy has done.

Dislikes

Upselling their products. Instead of improving customers satisfaction their main aim was to sell their products. Which they clearly stated to everyone in training period after u come on board every statement made by them is different.

I'VE BEEN WORKING IN PHARMEASY FOR ONE AND HALF YEAR MY EXPERIENCE WITH PHARMEASY HAS BEEN PRETTY GOOD , I HAVE LEARNT OR DEVELOPED SO MANY SKILLS , WORK ENVIRONMENT IS COOL ALL THE PEOPLES ARE VERY KIND AND AND HELPFUL,SALARY IS AVERAGE AS COMPARE TO OTHER COMPETITORS BUT THERE IS LEES WORKING WITHOUT ANY PRESSURE I THINK IT'S BETTER TO WORK IN PHARMEASY INSTEAD OF RETAIL PHARMACY
