- Feels like a targeted job. - It is not a product based company it is an operational driven company so beware. - Each EM's has own targets to achieve and makes the developer life hell. - PM(product manager) and EM(Engineering Manager) intervenes in the ETA and try to make it smaller and they they have 0 knowledge of the code bases.- One of the worst engineering team I have worked with. - EM's want to survive in the company as there are continues lay offs and making the developer life hell. - Later stage having a feeling of code monkey....Read More
