They hire people without any planning & then they don't align any task to them, The person keep on asking for the task and don't even get response from his Reporting Manager, Height of Ignorance, Person get frustrated and start looking for other opportunities, The HR is the WORST DEPARTMENT, they dont know ABC of the HR, They are still working like 1947 where they call people on last day of the month and say either to accept Termination letter or resign on the spot. The Location is in Outskirt and the staff will make you feel so dry that you will think to Quit on day one itself, HR will hire and then will forget about you, they dont care if you are ok, your RM is aligned with you but yes at the time of firing they will sit on your head.
