Company now days believe in quantity but not in quantity of staff, hiring maximum freshers but never ask experienced staff to stay with us. Due to which daily operations hampers.

Post COVID there is new team you can't work under them HR policies worst you will get offer letter after 2 months of joining later you realise they will not give reliving letter in probation you are struck here notice period they change as per there needs in probation they ask one month notice for some employees they will not confirm they have to work like slave with out leave benefits as they are not confirmed employees....Read More

If you get good offer leave the company by mistake don't stay back they will give similar offer with clause that you have to return salary back what ever increased emotionally you will agree there is the trap for first two months they will be ok after that they will put extra mental pressure work over load if you have to leave thenhave to give that salary back as agreed else they will not give settlement money or reliving letter i have worked for 20 years but this management is worst old management is Good but there hands are tied no one to listen ....Read More
