Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Employees get lots of Compensation and benefits.all employees are friendly. Some managers are very rude.

Dislikes

Some manager are very rude.they do not give leaves and sometime we do not get holiday leave and compensation of holiday work.

The PCM AND CLM of Bombay are horrible & terrible at my time...no support from them & indulged in many other un secured activities..Those who are good with them, they support them only......my overall experience is worst....But some staffs are really awesome and good...

As a start up Rivigo has established itself very fast in the market of logistics. Here the culture of work is excellent and people around you are very professional and dedicated towards work. One will always get support by their team and guidance by seniors. Before starting the work the guy will be properly train to maintain flow and efficiency of work. As a tech based organization learning is abundant. One have to come across various website and data whole day. Though work pressure is more and one can never feel alone. There is always someone pushing and guiding you towards work. If someone can sustain the work pressure and have learning attitude then growth and job security is very good. Salary appraisel is on annual basis where as performance and work review is done twice a year. Appraisal depends on performance and rating of the employee. In office the work environment is good and there is always guidance from seniors. Mental pressure is more. At ground operation things are physically and mentally hectic but one will learn the things very fast. As this is the start up, innovation in work is always involved and feedback of every employee matters and implemented if suited for solution. Work life balance is less satisfactory here.
