Holding salary even your attendance are full mark and no any allowance given by them extending shift on daly bases without any over time an still i have not received my augest 2021 salary..ect ect

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Employees get lots of Compensation and benefits.all employees are friendly. Some managers are very rude.

Some manager are very rude.they do not give leaves and sometime we do not get holiday leave and compensation of holiday work.

...pressure and have learning attitude then growth and job security is very good. Salary appraisel is on annual basis where as performance and work review is done twice a year. Appraisal depends on performance and rating of the employee. In office the work environment is good and there is always guidance from seniors. Mental pressure is more. At ground operation things are physically and mentally hectic but one will learn the things very fast. As this is the start up, innovation in work is always involved and feedback of every employee matters and implemented if suited for solution. Work life balance is less satisfactory here. You will always have responsibility of things and have to active even after working hours.

Work life balance is less satisfactory but it will definitely count to boost and enhance skills and pressure handling activity.

Full of politics vendors and management Staff suffers for work pressure no one takes action on vendors due to they received commission from vendors

Management this is not for all higher officials some people need they need to pay car emi free then getting good salary but they need side income
