It depends on the kind of project you are a part of. Worked on various domain projects till now, and got to deal with different types of architectures and programming languages. It has added to my knowledge base significantly. Feels nice to mentor the subordinates. Being in the senior position, they give such opportunities. On the whole things are fine

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

Worst company ever to work, it’s not only me because of some reason, you can check with other 500 employees too what they do, cogoport plays with your career & doesn’t even care about your future & they have bad name in the market & bad debt & credit also they lost almost 500-600 crores in the market they haven’t paid us our 2 months salary after layoff

Unfortunately there is nothing an employee can like about this company. The leadership team operates flaunting fake confidence and display sheer arrogance while dealing with employees. The current CEO is an incapable guy who has no clue of anything but tries to show that things are in control

They hire people in bulk and fire in bulk. I have seen people getting fired in 2 months from joining for non performance, with no review, no feedback from anyone. Insensitive, insensible people are operating Cogoport and the company can sink anytime with their mismanagement. They do not pay salary on time, when they pay they deduct salary without a reason. Salary never on time , there is no notice period they will kick you out whenever they feel , they can say company dnt have many to pay so you have to leave, company is facing issue targets not matched , the service they give to client is worst the client never returns you can ask their clients itself they have bad reputation in market .
