I will say I liked the cross training despite I did a training in loss prevention but was not giving an opportunity to be transferred. All because I am not white and Arab

Corruption! From the EM rooms down to Loss prevention manager ( Abass) may be his still there in Doha. They are all criminals I found 10,000$ in the room, from Cameroon deligation , I took it to the loss prevention , it’s supposed to stay 6month after communications to the Camerron deligation , they never responded back , I an insider in the loss prevention ( ameachi) his the person monitoring the cash , at 7months no feed back and respond from the loss prevention manager or director. So I started pushing to get notification, each time I meet abass the manger he tells me no responds yet, I think they noticed I was pushing too far, he called me and told me that the 10,000$ was returned , which is a big lie. The procedure states the I meet with the Cameroon official at the point of return , none of this was done. What I got was the EM rooms , Mr Bilia and the general manage hoops , giving me 200$ out of the 10,000$ I found in the room. What I expected was a certificate of honesty but none was giving. That got me frustrated, I wasn’t focus on the job, was tired and that’s why I left. Even the Hr system is base on sentiment and comprised . I am very bittered till date , what if I took the money and left Doha, all this will not happen. But I did the right thing by dropping the money for the loss prevention who I believe is there right to protect my interests. So my experience at Ritz carlton Doha was horrible. I was cheated because I am black and not Arab All this people that ate this money are still in Doha till day . I wrote the head office , but no responds came .
