Office politics is a part of corporate culture and I felt the organization is no more an exception. I think the business owner should revaluate the working mechanism of their Sr. Manager in Privacy & Legal Department. I am not sure if this willingly but she assigned lot more tasks without any support and I found her very aggressive.

Mr.Manoj Jain MD is a very humble person with extremely great Mentor.

Just one person is managing the whole show at her whims and fancies.She needs to be more open minded as to proper work allocation and time productivity of all employees.Due credit be given to all at lower levels.Presentation and communication skills of few Senior people is pathetic.
