Rishichem has a very supportive set of employees. They always help other to grow and overcome hurdles. Its a great place to grow as it allows to work with and learn about a number of Industries.

Dislikes

Being a distribution company it has a huge list of products with frequent changes . So one needs to pull their socks really high and upgrade regularly with new technologies and new applications of their products.
