To be honest, there is nothing that I dislike about working at RiseUpp, but there are some things that make it a unique and exciting place to work. If you are looking for a conventional and comfortable job, then RiseUpp might not be for you. But if you are looking for a job that challenges you, inspire you, and rewards you, then RiseUpp is the perfect place for you. Some of the things that make working at RiseUpp different are: 1- The pressure and stress of work expectations and feedback. We have high standards for ourselves and our work, and we receive constant feedback from our customers, stakeholders, and peers. This helps us improve and grow, but it also requires us to be resilient and adoptable. We need to be able to handle constructive criticism, learn from our mistakes, and overcome obstacles. 2- The uncertainty and risk of work outcomes and opportunities. We are working in a fast-paced and dynamic industry, where things can change quickly and unpredictably. This makes our work challenging and rewarding, but it also requires us to be flexible and creative. We need to be able to embrace uncertainty and risk, and bounce back from failures. 3- The coffee machine is too good and addictive. I can't stop drinking coffee and I am always energized. I have worked at RiseUpp for six months as an intern. The culture and way of work were so positive and encouraging. The overall environment incentivises one to engage more in daily activities. Hari Sir, the CEO, and all the other colleagues made the experience full of learning where I was able to upskill myself.

It also has a nice work culture with supportive and understanding team members. I had an amazing internship experience at RiseUpp.

RiseUpp gives a positive work culture. RiseUpp prioritize work-life balance and offer flexible working arrangements which are often preferred by the the employees. A supportive and collaborative team and CEO which make work more enjoyable.

I appreciate Riseupp's workplace culture, it's warm and welcoming making you feel at ease in the environment. The mentors, who bring years of experience, enormously enriched my internship, making it an extraordinary experience.

As a WFH design intern, communicating with the team, wasn't a smooth sailing process but we managed.
