If you are looking for a conventional and comfortable job, then RiseUpp might not be for you. But if you are looking for a job that challenges you, inspire you, and rewards you, then RiseUpp is the perfect place for you. Some of the things that make working at RiseUpp different are: 1- The pressure and stress of work expectations and feedback. We have high standards for ourselves and our work, and we receive constant feedback from our customers, stakeholders, and peers. This helps us improve and grow, but it also requires us to be resilient and adoptable. We need to be able to handle constructive criticism, learn from our mistakes, and overcome obstacles. 2- The uncertainty and risk of work outcomes and opportunities. We are working in a fast-paced and dynamic industry, where things can change quickly and unpredictably. I have worked at RiseUpp for six months as an intern. The culture and way of work were so positive and encouraging. The overall environment incentivises one to engage more in daily activities. Hari Sir, the CEO, and all the other colleagues made the experience full of learning where I was able to upskill myself.
