The work environment is good with helpful team members, The day I joined I got an opportunity to learn not only the accounts work but also the other dept. work, like sales, purchase and Hr Dept. Every Year there is an appraisal for better opportunity to the employees.

Dislikes

Being a senior and knows the work, but decision cant be taken, the work pressure is high, and who ever comes new should guide them every time. Being a Senior if some one does not know the work and instead of giving information and guidance, if they don't do, that work is assigned to me.If any new employee joins, instead of giving training they directly assign work and if any mistakes happens they are been scolded, due to which they resign the job and go....Read More

Acceptance by collegues, work environment is chaotic, sometimes completely unempathetic behavior by staff and top management. No proper training is provided. Staff less, compared to work load and management expects to manage it that way and produce results.
