...management, not support for supplier payment. wrong feedback to higher senior. delayed in salary .poor net connection & ERP system ( this case was in 2011, not known about todays condition).

What i like is, well you will get your salary in the correct date. Nothing is there for you in terms of carrer growth or learning oppertunities. I can say i had better benefits compared to the competition.

Dislikes

There is a lot to dislike about this company and the designation i was given. Being an installation engineer is like managing a whole lot of contractors who doesnt respect you, company doesnt have a structural cash flow and that will eventually result in hurting the person who is on the field managing these contractors. Learning oppertunities is nil. Management is prospering and for all the efforts given by the field engineer, he is really underpaid, and you mostly end up till 7 in the evening and company doesnt recognise as this is a common practise and we are to folkow it eventhough it is not mandatory. If you are planning to join this company, think twice before commiting.

From me its a nice place to work.. . I'm satisfied with Rinac. Thanks to Mr manojan sir Mr Mazhar sir they are very amazing.... I'm lern most things in break down.... In just 3 months . All respected sir and madam are very good.. And client also... Thanks to Rinac India to give me this opportunity

All things is good but.... Their technical fault is find now days. Design of machine is not perfect.. Some time

The work environment is good with helpful team members, The day I joined I got an opportunity to learn not only the accounts work but also the other dept. work, like sales, purchase and Hr Dept. Every Year there is an appraisal for better opportunity to the employees.

Dislikes

Being a senior and knows the work, but decision cant be taken, the work pressure is high, and who ever comes new should guide them every time. Being a Senior if some one does not know the work and instead of giving information and guidance, if they don't do, that work is assigned to me.If any new employee joins, instead of giving training they directly assign work and if any mistakes happens they are been scolded, due to which they resign the job and go.

Partiality to mallu over you, hell lot of pressure, demotivating every time by seniors, no importance to individuals, have to work only in certain boundaries, cannot explore.
