What i like is, well you will get your salary in the correct date. Nothing is there for you in terms of carrer growth or learning oppertunities. I can say i had better benefits compared to the competition.

There is a lot to dislike about this company and the designation i was given. Being an installation engineer is like managing a whole lot of contractors who doesnt respect you, company doesnt have a structural cash flow and that will eventually result in hurting the person who is on the field managing these contractors. Learning oppertunities is nil. Management is prospering and for all the efforts given by the field engineer, he is really underpaid, and you mostly end up till 7 in the evening and company doesnt recognise as this is a common practise and we are to folkow it eventhough it is not mandatory. The company is very open to employees in terms of perks & freedom. Quality of products are very good & they ensures their employees to get proper training on products, service & customer satisfaction. Overall good experience with this company & a good learning center for beginners.

Work pressure is very high; sometimes to work 14 to 18 hrs. some department heads not as cooperative as need. Less care about employees satisfaction.
