After Merger, Company became big , more Employees on Direct payroll,no pf Unions affiliated in sales with, service, made the company crisis ridden, starded ridded with and expulsion, transpers, VRS, so many un ethical things, which were not supposed to do. Work Culture deterioted by bringing Union affiliated people etc.Downfall started

Dishonest management. Keep employees and dealers in dark. Pathetic accounts and credit management. Pathetic sale tax management. No vision. Biased decision making by management. Wrong policy in dealer management Treat dealerso as enemy.
