Existing Test Facility Management of the organization having enormous experience of various regulatory (e.g. OECD GLP, EPA GLP, USFDA GLP, MHRA, ISO / IEC 17025 - NABL etc.). 3. Organization have well experienced staff capable to carry out all types of regulatory studies with highest quality and are capable to face all regulatory inspections. 4. Developed integrated Quality Management System complies the requirements of OECD GLP, ISO, cGMP (FDCA + Schedule L-1) and other applicable regulations with all required documentations is the strength of organization. 5. Scheduling and Implementation of frequent training program (twice in a week) on technical and regulatory aspects by TFM, QAU and Senior scientists escalates the confidence and knowledge of the personnel. 6. All types of cultural and professional programs are arranged by the HR department to encourage the employees. 7. Scientist have all types of freedom to carry out the novel research activities that will strengthen their own confidence and help for professional improvement. 8. Existing validated instruments / systems, trained personnel and documented procedures at organization are capable to execute all types of projects on Pharma Products (e.g., NCEs, Formulations etc.), Agrochemicals (Pesticides, Insecticides, Herbicides etc.), Various Medical Devices, Industrial Chemicals etc. 9. Best organization to work with good working culture, professional growth, learning and development. Management is transparent. Infrastructure is excellent. Positive environment. Helpful nature of seniors. Flexible working hours. Friendly & supportive HR designee. Company policies are good, appraisals,are fair and they give good salary like and bonus every year.

Good Working Culture within the department. Test Facility Management is very supportive for the QA department and always educate us to improve the quality standards. I personally learn so many quality aspects after joining the organization. Current HR designee is very co-operative and supportive. HR and TFM are in planning to provide travel facility to employees.

Excellent work culture. The company has advance and latest technology level equipment. IT growth is very good. Colleagues are very supportive Management is transparent. Company Policies are good. TFM is very supportive and have strong immediate decision making ability that helps to continue the on going activities/Task to meet the timeline.

Company culture for employee in ribosome research centre is quite good. Employee can enhance their personal growth via improve the work skills. Experimental activity in analytical includeds method development and validation, Analysis of quality control samples. The increment is regularly done on yearly basis.
