I would strongly advise against joining this company. Despite the supportive nature of your collogues, the upper management is highly problematic. They provide Chromebook to every employee and make you sign a contract for 3 years, so you can stay in this company for a long period, if you leave before that period, they will file a legal case against you. The MD of this company uses abusive language towards everyone even girls also which creates a very hostile work environment. Throughout my tenure, I did not encounter a single positive feedback from any employee. Few positive feedbacks you might see are often posted by the company itself. Mr. Bijendre Sir, is the only one who genuinely cares about the employee staff, However, he is also bound by the Monga family. Please think carefully before deciding to join this organization. I like the nature of my team member ,here is a supporting staff and help to solve the problems which was facing during the work and here is a five days working only which i like the most and the facility of Tea and coffee. There is the best environment.

It is one of the worst company..Do not join ..they will give you hp chrome book and once you exit they will ask from fnf deductions from that...Delhi se 6000 ka uthate hain fir 22000 deduct karte hain...Gazab company hai..
