The incentive payout when the business was flowing was decent but they haven't had proper business in last more than 6 month

Dislikes

Too much politics and terrible leadership team. The business development team does nothing and the consultants are then forced to work on same mandates for months without any progress. No clients want to work with them. random firing of employees and very disrespectful.
