I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. They dont follow agile or any scrum practices. Requirements are placed verbally, no tickets no documentation. Since no tickets there are no story pointing sessions so you don't have a fixed bucket to work to do.

If you have any urgency at home you can take work from home for 20-30 days and can work remotely.. There is no pressure on daily basis only you have to fulfill your targets till end of the month... There is no pressure to come to the office at strict time, it is flexible for 30 mins.

Dislikes

We have to mainly work as per US timings in B shift due to which you cannot plan to enjoy your evening life... Also company is not initiating any extra activities like outdoor games and official party... It is done once in a year only..
