No job security.if client has no project.they relieve immediately. If you got better opportunity you can't switch because 90 days notice period.project will be less technical for design good for 1 or 3 years experience people

They are very good at Job security and appraisal. They have multiple clients and each team has their own work culture.

Dislikes

Some teams have hectic workloads and toxic work atmosphere where their daily targets are more important.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
