I am into product development in Rezo.AI, I do frontend as well as backend development. I translate the data stored into our system into graphs and charts for analysis.

1. Office space is good. 2. Other employees are good.

Dislikes

1. Management is extremely rude and employees are not treated with respect. Employees are shouted at for the smallest of things and the behaviour by head management towards new/old employees is not acceptable. 2. Long working hours. People are not allowed to leave even if their work is done. They are expected to sit in office. 3. No work life balance. Work continues till late hours at times. You take your office home. 4. Most unstable Indian organization , can hire and fire anytime. If you wish to destroy your career then go ahead and join the organization. It’s a pure Lala company. The management won’t care to listen your concerns and if you try to report something wrong then they will play politics. Regarding work timings: even if you get stuck intraffic the manager will start shouting and ask to apply for half day leave. Lots of thing to share but we know they will ask glass-door to remove negative salary. HR doing good job there; Special mention- No TA 1. Pathetic work culture 2. No carrier growth 3. Their competitions already have a great product compare to rezo. No Scope of the product. 4. Team bonding or employee engagement is just booz. No activity no social gathering within a team 5.
