I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Most unstable Indian organization , can hire and fire anytime. If you wish to destroy your career then go ahead and join the organization. It’s a pure Lala company. The management won’t care to listen your concerns and if you try to report something wrong then they will play politics. Regarding work timings: even if you get stuck intraffic the manager will start shouting and ask to apply for half day leave.
